Our directors have decades of experience in the industry, starting from field technicians to owning the dealership. In our opinion, the most important component of a successful business is satisfied clients. We are proud to have a large client base who continues to support us year after year. Konica Minolta Midrand is managed by a father and son team, who started out small. Because of that, they appreciate small businesses and the impact they have on our communities and economy.


Our team provide our clients with holistic document management solutions through pre-sales analysis and customer needs, qualified installations, ongoing onsite Technical and Software Management, as well as the supply of spare parts and consumables. The various divisions are dedicated to delivering the edge in speed and efficiency with unsurpassed products and support services.

Our technicians are extensively trained at the head office’s training facility. With this they are able to provide the high standard of service that we are known for. The main focus is to ensure our clients have as little as possible downtime.
